Hi, I’m Nicole Kincaid, and I’m all about making an impact—whether it’s in the workplace, in a training session, or with a tail-wagging rescue dog by my side.
I have over a decade of experience in training, program management, and leadership, helping learners and organizations thrive. My background in art has shaped the way I approach challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions and thinking outside the box. Whether I’m designing global training programs, managing cross-functional teams, or crafting engaging curriculum, my goal is always the same: to inspire growth and deliver results.
But my story doesn’t stop there. In 2020, I founded Perfectly Imperfect Pups (PIPs), a non-profit dog rescue that’s made a huge impact in my community. Running a rescue has taught me so much—how to juggle volunteers, fundraise effectively, and think on my feet in high-pressure situations. It’s a lot like my career: balancing budgets, building partnerships, and creating meaningful change.
I’ve been featured on The Dodo and interviewed by Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest on the Kelly & Ryan Show (Ryan called me a “good human”—I’m still glowing).
Whether I’m helping a learner master a new skill or giving a dog a second chance, I lead with passion, creativity, and empathy. If you’re looking for someone who brings these qualities—and maybe a few dog stories—into everything they do, let’s connect.
I’m a proud advocate for community-driven solutions and love bringing people together to solve challenges. When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring new ways to make a difference, learning macramé, photographing dogs, or curled up with my pups and a good book.
I’m also a fan of supporting local businesses—my favorite spot is Dante’s, a cozy local restaurant that serves incredible food. I love staying active outdoors, whether it’s hiking, walking my dogs, or just soaking up some sunshine. And when it’s time to unwind, I’m either watching a good horror, shark, or zombie movie (yes, I have a soft spot for cinematic chaos) or diving into a mystery novel.
Above all, I’m incredibly close to my family. They’re my greatest supporters and constant source of inspiration, and I’m grateful for the strong connection we share.
